At Hyperlinkar S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, «Hyperlinkar»), with its registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 40, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, C.P. 06600, we process your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the guidelines issued by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through hyperlinkar.com is Hyperlinkar S.A. de C.V., Tax ID HYP210318QK4, incorporated in 2021 before a Mexican public notary and registered under Electronic Commercial Folio No. 2021045678.
2. Personal data we collect
Through the subscription and contact form we collect full name, corporate email, job title and company. We also collect, via analytical cookies, technical navigation data (IP address, device type, operating system and pages visited).
3. Processing purposes
Data is processed for the following primary purposes: (i) contacting you to respond to requests for information about our B2B Business Intelligence services; (ii) sending informational content and subscribed executive reports; (iii) compliance with tax and contractual obligations. Secondary purposes: sending commercial communications and market studies.
4. Data transfers
Your data may be transferred to technology providers located inside and outside of Mexico exclusively for hosting, transactional email delivery and analytics purposes. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties unrelated to the service.
5. ARCO rights
Under the LFPDPPP, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke consent, by sending your request to privacy@hyperlinkar.com attaching valid official identification and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
6. Security measures
Hyperlinkar implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, periodic backups and annual audits, aimed at protecting the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed.
